Turaco Gold Limited (ASX:TCG) is an ASX-listed gold company focused on advancing the Afema Project in southern Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa. Turaco acquired its interest in Afema in March 2024 and within just 14 months delineated an initial JORC Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 3.55Moz. Continued exploration success has seen Turaco deliver an updated MRE of 4.06Moz in October 2025, firmly establishing Afema as one of the most significant undeveloped gold projects in West Africa – achieved within the first 2 years of Turaco’s ownership. The Afema Project sits on a granted mining permit supported by a Mining Convention with the State of Côte d’Ivoire, covering 227km². The Afema Project covers a total granted area of 1,040km², comprising the central mining permit and three contiguous exploration permits. In addition, Turaco holds an exploration permit application covering a further 228km² and an option over an additional application area of 366km², bringing the total Afema Project tenure to more than 1,600km². Turaco maintains an active, ongoing exploration program, with multiple drill rigs operating and a commitment to delivering regular updates to the JORC resource estimate as drilling progresses. The Company is led by an experienced Board with a proven record of discovery and value creation. The Board comprises Justin Tremain (Managing Director), John Fitzgerald (Chairman), and Bruce Mowat and Ian Kerr as Non-Executive Directors - a team instrumental in the success of companies including Renaissance Minerals, Emerald Resources, Exore Resources, Papillon Resources, Northern Star, and Sandfire Resources.
