Based on its 2024 FEED study, Tiris is a 25-year Project producing 2Mlbs pa U3O8 at AISC of US$35.7/lb NPV8 of US$499M, IRR 39% and payback 2.25-years. Tiris has significant potential for further exploration discoveries and Project expansion. Uranium production forecast for 2028.
- Häggån Polymetallic Project, Sweden – is a globally significant scaled polymetallic deposit containing vanadium, sulphate of potash and uranium on which a Scoping Study demonstrated the significant potential future value at Häggån.

Philip Mitchell, Executive Chairman
Phil brings significant expertise in mining mergers and acquisations, having previously served as Head of Business Development and Strategy at Rio Tinto. He also held key roles as Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto Iron Ore and as a member of the Executive Committee at Anglo Amercian. Additionally, he led acquisitions for Robert Friedland's company, HPX.
Mark Somlyay, CFO
Mark has over 20 years' of experience in finance, commerical management, and business improvement within the mining industry, with a strong focus on West Africa and francophone jurisdictions. He has been involved in the development of three recent greenfield projects.
