Due to the high demand for accommodation over the event period, we have partnered with iccommodate to be our official accommodation partner for 121 Mining Investment Cape Town.
iccommodate are exclusively holding a room block at the Canopy by Hilton hotel, located a short ride away from the event venue. To enquire about availability and rates please email [email protected]

1-2-1 Meeting Pods
Branded semi-private meeting spaces will be laid out in the venue to allow for intimate conversation while encouraging extra drop-in meetings.
Your meeting space includes furniture for 1-2-1 meetings, power supply for laptop and branded signage with meeting pod number, stock code (if any), company logo and promotional strapline.

Log in
After installing the app, you will need the same username and password you currently use to access the meet max planner. Use conference code VGWEYN when promoted inside the app to access the conference.
Once logged in, please ensure notifications are switched on.
