Capella Minerals Ltd is an exploration and development company focused on gold-copper projects globally.
Capella announced on September 2, 2025, the signing of a Definitive Agreement with Turkish gold mining company, Tümad Madencilik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. ("Tümad"), for a staged earn-in on the Company's portfolio of precious and base metal projects in Finland and Norway. A total of 12,000m of diamond drilling is expected to be completed under this agreement on the Company’s Scandinavian portfolio in 2026.
On January 15, 2026, Capella announced an earn-in agreement on the district-scale Solana Iron-Oxide Copper-Gold (IOCG) Project in southern Spain. The Solana Project covers former high-grade copper-gold mining districts with 2026 exploration expected to evaluate both the resource potential of the extensive Solana vein systems plus targeting buried IOCG deposits.
Capella also retains a carried 10% interest through to production on the Løkken copper-cobalt-zinc VMS project of central Norway through a partnership with Teako Minerals Corp.
Capella also holds an equity position in Grit Metals Corp. ("Grit"; formerly European Energy Metals Corp), together with Net Smelter Royalties on the Savant Gold Project in Ontario, Canada (BeMetals Corp.) and the Central Finland Lithium Projects (Grit), as a result of the recent divestiture of non-core assets.
Capella’s management team has a wealth of technical and market experience, and a proven track record of success in finding and advancing mineral discoveries. Recent success stories for the Capella team include Mariana Resources Ltd (acquired by Sandstorm Gold in 2017) and Extorre Gold Mines (acquired by Yamana Gold in 2012).

Eric Roth – President, CEO & Director
Mr. Roth (PhD in Economic Geology – University of Western Australia; FAusIMM) is an economic geologist with 35 years of experience in international minerals exploration and mining project evaluation. Prior to Capella, he was Chief Operating Officer of Mariana Resources, which was acquired for its Hot Maden Cu-Au discovery in NE Turkey by Sandstorm Gold for US$175M in July, 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Roth was President and Chief Executive Officer of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd. (discover of the high-grade Cerro Moro deposit in Santa Cruz, Argentina) until Extorre was acquired by Yamana Gold Inc. in June, 2012 for C$440M. Prior to Extorre, he was engaged as a consultant on South American gold projects for Exeter Resource Corp. and Kinross Gold Corp. From January, 2002, to March, 2008, he was employed by AngloGold Ashanti Ltd., initially as the Lima-based Peruvian project and South American opportunities manager and subsequently as the Johannesburg-based Global Head of Greenfields Exploration. During his tenure at AngloGold, the greenfields exploration team brought in over 20+Moz Au in Inferred Resources through new discoveries in Colombia (Colosa, Gramalote), Australia (Tropicana), and the DRC (Mongbwalu).
Karen Davies – VP Shareholder Relations and Corp Dev
Karen Davies has been involved in the mining industry since 2002 with a focus on Senior Investor Relations and Corporate Communications roles. Karen has had extensive experience with a number of exploration and production companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange including Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., Rye Patch Gold Corp. and Mariana Resources Ltd. before joining Capella Minerals. Karen led various marketing initiatives with public company management teams to assist with equity financings, to secure coverage from all sectors of the investing community, and to implement internal procedures to ensure clear and effective communication to shareholders.
What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?
Northern Finland Gold-Copper Project: Northern Filand forms part of the Tümad earn-in agreement which was announced on September 2, 2025, and includes funding for a minimum of 4,000m of diamond drilling to be completed on or before September, 2026. Capella currently expects to complete a maiden drill program on the Killero E target during H1, 2026.
Hessjogruva: Capella is currently in the process of applying for a new drill permit for 8,000m of diamond drilling to be completed during summer 2026. This drill program includes both infill and step-out drilling and is expected to lead on to an NI 43-101 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate for the project and to the commencement of initial development studies.
Solana IOGC Spain: Whilst future exploration programs at Solana will evaluate the resource potential of the extensive high-grade vein systems, the Company’s primary focus during 2026 will be on the evaluation of buried IOCG-type deposits which the Company interprets to be source for the outcropping copper-gold veins. Commencing immediately Capella will initial drill target definition in early-2026 to be followed up by first-pass diamond drilling in late-2026
