Country Focus:

Morocco is an attractive and mining friendly jurisdiction with excellent and underexplored geology.

Exposure to copper:

CMR’s focus is the sedimentary copper Agadir-Melloul project. The deposit also contains silver and recent drilling unexpectedly discovered gold.

Strong Relations:

CMR’s Moroccan based team include its COO and Senior Geologist as well as its Joint Venture partner in the Agadir-Melloul copper silver project. These relationships are probably as important as the quality of its assets.

Bottom-up Philosophy:

CMR is focused on securing the best quality projects available. This was achieved when it secured the Agadir-Melloul sedimentary copper project in the Anti-Atlas, a direct analogue to the 130 million tonne Tizert mine 50km away.

CMR remains open to other value accretive opportunities and expects to make further acquisitions during 2026, most likely also in Morocco.
