Lion Rock Resources (TSXV:ROAR) is advancing the unique high-grade gold-lithium-tin project of Volney in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Historic results on the 142-hectare property include channel sampling of 18.2 g/t Au over 18.3 m, grab samples averaging 4.4% Li2O and successful historic drilling limited to 50 m in depth. Volney is accessible year-round by road and is proximal to major mining projects such as Homestake (43.9M oz Au produced), Coeur’s currently producing Wharf Mine (93K oz Au in ‘23), Dakota Gold & Agnico Eagle. The Volney project is located entirely on private land which enables Lion Rock to expedite permitting and exploration. A priority drill program, targeting the extensive gold system and the Lithium-Tantalum-Tin within pegmatites, is planned for H1, 2025.

Mr. Ginn is a highly experienced mining executive and an award-winning geologist with over 30 years of experience. He is the founder of over ten exploration and mining companies and has led and participated in a variety of gold and base metal discoveries, many of which have entered production. Mr. Ginn’s contributions have led to approximately 10 million ounces in resource generation as well as over C$500 million in capital raised for exploration and development projects. His experience companies such as Goldcorp, Harmony Gold, Hudbay, Westmin, San Gold, Bonterra, Gatling Exploration and others.
