SODINAF-CI S.A. is a privately-owned Ivorian gold exploration company headquartered in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. Established in 1997, SODINAF-CI S.A. was among the very first companies to believe in Côte d'Ivoire's geological potential as a leading gold-producing country in West Africa.
The company's flagship asset is the Katiola Gold Project, a late-stage exploration project located in the Hambol region of Côte d'Ivoire, approximately 45km from Bouaké, the country's second-largest city. The project is situated within the prolific West African Birimian greenstone belt, host to several world-class gold deposits in the region, including the nearby Lafigué Mine (Endeavour) located less than 40km east.
The Katiola exploration permit covers 394 km² and include 9 identified gold deposits with 4 additional multi-element prospects providing further exploration upside. In 2026, SODINAF-CI is opening up its capital structure and raising funds externally for the first time since inception, in order to accelerate the final development of the Katiola asset.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
Rare Entry Point:
SODINAF-CI has been 100% privately funded since 1997. This is the first time the company is inviting outside capital, offering investors a clean structure with no legacy shareholders or cap table complexity, at an ideal time before major value catalysts unfold.
Simple & Scalable:
With a single large open pit deposit driving 90% of the expected 0.9Moz M&I resources base, the project has potential to scale beyond 3Moz with the conversion of all inferred resources across the property; providing significant re-rating opportunity for investors.
Proven Jurisdiction:
Côte d'Ivoire has emerged as one of West Africa's most attractive mining destinations, with strong government backing, world-class infrastructure, and a stable fiscal regime since 2013. SODINAF-CI has operated here for decades and maintains deep local relationships, with supportive communities and government authorities.
Highly Executable:
The Katiola project is in a proven geological district, sharing same lithology and mineralisation style as the operating Lafigué Mine (200koz+ production), providing a compelling comparable to our project and a clear blueprint for successful execution.
